I have over five years of experience as a DONA Trained Birth & Postpartum Doula serving northern Alberta communities! No matter what part of your journey you are on I am here to offer education, information, resources and confidence boosting support to ensure you can have the birth you dream of. Not only am I a Lamaze Childbirth Educator for all your questions, but I am a H.E.R.B.A.L Certified Placenta Encapsulator if you decide to keep your placenta after birth!
With the way our world is, it can be stressful and overwhelming as you are given endless advice, research all the baby gear and products, clothes, and crib that it is enough to make your head spin. Breathe. You are not meant to do this alone and you deserve support and encouragement. Everyone has their own unique experience and my skills and training can help you with yours. I cannot wait to get to know you and your dreams, fears, and goals towards an exciting time in your life.
